Alan David Giannetti, of Marshfield, passed away on June 2, 2017 at the age of 56. Alan is the beloved son of Lucy (Scaramuzzo) and the late Rudolph Giannetti, Sr.; father of Bronson Giannetti and his wife Daniella of Florida, Alan Canale of Hyde Park, and Alicia Landry of Florida; grandfather of Alyssa and Gianna; brother of Rudolph Giannetti, Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Centerville, Steven Giannetti and his wife Marie of Plymouth, Judy Burke and her husband Paul of Marshfield, Linda Mutascio of Hyannis, Nancy Giannetti of Rhode Island, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Alan had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. He lit up the room with his sense of humor and enjoyed nothing more than spending time with family. He is loved and missed by all.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, June 9, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) in Marshfield. Funeral procession from the funeral home on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. in St. Christine's Church, 1295 Main Street, Marshfield.
