Porter, Albert G. of Marshfield, October 4, beloved husband of 57 years of the late Phyllis (DeLauri) Porter. Dear father of Francine Erickson and her husband Lars of Sandwich, Ronald Porter and his wife Karen of Medford and Debra Andrake and her husband William of Hamilton. Loving grandfather of Jaime Burke and her husband J.J., Jessica Avery and her husband Shawn, Lia Porter and her fiancé Kevin Bowdidge, Jake Porter and Jennifer Andrake. Loving great grandfather of Emma Burke and Cameron Avery. Albert was born and raised in North Cambridge. He graduated from Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School. Albert proudly served his country in the US Navy during WWII. He was a store manager for S.S. Kresgge's for many years before retiring. Visiting hours will be held in the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St., Rte 139 in Marshfield on Wednesday, October 8 from 4 to 8 p.m. A service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, October 9 at 11:00 a.m. followed by an Interment in the MA National Cemetery where he will be interred next to his wife at 1:30p.m. Memorial gifts in Albert's memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
