Obituary

Anthony Peter Cariglio (Tony) passed away peacefully on Sunday June 6, 2021 at the age of 67 after a brief but extremely courageous battle with Liver disease. Tony (also known as Ant) was loved by everyone from everywhere. He touched all our lives with his passion for music, his humility, humor and kindness. His love for life and family was reflected with everything he did, always putting everyone else first, and making sure you had a nip to share with him too. Most of all he will be remembered for his outrageous sense of humor. He never failed to light up a room and made sure to leave a smile on everyone's face and a stomach ache from laughing so hard by the end of the night. Anyone you meet has a hilarious story to tell, a "Tony" story if you would call it. He sure lived a crazy and exciting life, but it just shows that he lived and died a legend loved by everyone whose lives he touched. A true gentleman - " the best in the world " . Every conversation would end with LYLAB (love you like a brother). He never forgot to let people know they were loved. His friends were his family and always will be. Tony's smile, laugh, crazy nights of dancing, and seeing him sitting out front on his beach chair at TONY'S CORNER will be missed, but cherished until the end of time.

Tony is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Lorenson of Marshfield; his two loving daughters Sadie Cariglio of Marshfield and Aitana Hue of Boston, their mother Deana Dichiaro (deceased), 3 step children, Tim Lorenson of Weymouth, Nikki Pinkus of Pembroke, and Beau Pinkus & his wife Danielle of Weymouth; 8 siblings - Denise (LaRivee) Pivarnik of Florida, Ally Cariglio of Florida, Steven LaRivee of Massachusetts, David LaRivee & his wife Marianne of Colorado, Michael Cariglio of Florida, Sharon (LaRivee) Winniger of Florida, Paul Cariglio and his wife Julie of Florida, and Jeanne (Cariglio) Abraham and her husband Alex of Florida. Tony is also predeceased by his parents Alfred and Sadie Cariglio, Deana Dichiaro , the mother of his children, and her brother Robbie Dichiaro.
