Weinberg, Dr. Avrom, of Marshfield, died unexpectedly January 29th. Born October l2, l943. Son of Marian Weinberg and the late Rabbi Dudley Weinberg. Husband of RuthAnn Weinberg. Father of Benjamin (his wife Yoko Ozawa) and David. Brother of Myra and Jonathan(his wife Judith Rissman). Graduated from Brandeis University University l965. Received PhD in Psychology Boston University l978. Private practice as a humanistic psychotherapist, devoted to people, folk music, nature. He was known for his humor. Active in his synagogue. Funeral services at Sha'aray Shalom in Hingham at 11 a.m., Wednesday, February 3. Shivah to be held Feb 3 and Thursday at 7 p.m. at 222 Oak St., Marshfield . In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Youth Scholarship Fund at Congregation Sha'aray Shalom.
