Dobson, Barbara, of Marshfield, July 5, at the age of 69. Daughter of the late Emery and Viola(Bates) Dobson. Dear sister of Nancy Bennett of Marshfield and the late Dorothy Bartlett, Robert and Donald Dobson. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Barbara was a life long resident of Marshfield. She graduated from Marshfield High School with honors, class of l958. Barbara was a clerk in the Marshfield Tax Collector's Office for 50 years. She was an avid Red Sox fan, enjoyed classical music, reading and cooking. Visiting hours at the MacDonald Funeral Home, l755 Ocean St., rte. l39, Marshfield, Thursday, July 9, from 4 to 6 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 6 p.m. Interment will be at a later date in Winslow Cemetery, Marshfield.
