Bradford E. Hatch, 72, of Marshfield, died on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the South Shore Hospital from complications related to cancer after a courageous battle. Beloved husband of 47 years to Mary G. (Nolan) Hatch; dear father of Jennifer Terray and her husband Mike of Southington, CT, Matthew Hatch and his wife Melissa of Warwick, RI, and Lindsay Wilkinson and her husband Geoff Wilkinson, Jr., of Duxbury. Brad leaves his cherished grandchildren Jimmy and Jack Terray, Cassidy and Andy Hatch, Charlie, Tommy, and Nolan Wilkinson; a sister, Janice Carr of Granby, CT; and many nieces and nephews.

Brad was raised in Needham, son of the late Howard E. and Claire (Cartwright) Hatch. He graduated from Bentley College with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Brad met his wife Mary in 1970 at the dentist office where she worked; they were married in 1971 at the Sacred Heart Church in Roslindale.

Brad enjoyed being a member of the choir at St. Margaret Mary's Church in Westwood and more recently at Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Marshfield. He also enjoyed playing golf and Scrabble, gardening, boating, tennis, crossword puzzles, and the beach. His heart was filled by spending time with family, friends, and most of all his seven grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte 139) in Marshfield. Funeral procession from the funeral home on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Canal Street, Marshfield.
