Woods, Brendan M. of Duxbury, passed away on November 30, 2016 at the age of 34. Brendan is the beloved son of Stephen E. and Patricia (Pattison) Woods of Duxbury and dear brother of Matthew Woods and his wife Julie of Plympton, and Ian Woods of Watertown. Brendan is the beloved uncle of John Woods and leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Brendan graduated from Duxbury High School in 2000 and thereafter attended college at Northeastern University and Salem State University. Until the time of his death he was employed in retail sales.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) in Marshfield. Funeral service and interment will be private.

All funds will be used to help raise awareness, educate and eliminate the stigma related to Substance Use Disorder.
