Brianne Sundwall passed away surrounded by family at South Shore Hospital following a long illness. She was 42 years old. Brianne was born in Quincy, MA on June 3, 1981. She attended Norwell High School as well as Physical Therapy School in Florida and spent an interesting 5 years living in Europe as a young adult.

Brianne was a kind soul with an unmatched love for animals. You could find her as a young girl riding her horse, Flyer, around the trails of Norwell. In addition to working a full-time job she also volunteered at the local animal shelter. She helped find homes for many animals and also brought too many home for herself. She was sweet and smart with a kind heart and never had a problem making friends wherever she went. It didn't matter if you were her friend for a week or many years, she loved you just the same. Her phone contacts went on forever. Up until her passing, she stayed in close contact with friends near and far. She was a wonderful daughter and sister. She will be dearly missed.

Brianne is survived by her parents, Kurt and Diane Sundwall. Her brother, Jeffrey, his wife, Ashley, and their son, Eli; her four aunts, Pamela Orlando, Marian Murphy, Felicia Roche, and Donna Shields, as well as her uncle, Charlie Stevens, and numerous cousins.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a speaker offering words of remembrance from 4:30 to 5:00 p.m., at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield.
