Mulkern, Carol A. (McCarthy) - Of Marshfield, January 31, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Coleman D. "Buddy" Mulkern. Dear mother of Kevin Mulkern of Northboro, Paula Mulkern and her husband Joseph of Marshfield and Karen Palko and her husband Michael of Raleigh, NC. Loving grandmother of Nicole, Lucas, Shannon, Sean, Alexandra, Michael and Aisling. Sister of the late Joanne Kelly, Patricia Clements and William McCarthy.

Carol truly felt blessed with the love from her seven grandchildren. She would always share with anyone who listened, how much she loved being a mother and grandmother. Carol has to say goodbye to her beloved Cat, Coley, named for her beloved husband "Buddy" who was taken from her too early. She will now join her husband and leave a memory with her children of how very blessed she felt her life had been.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, February 3, 2017 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street, Marshfield, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Christine's Church, 1295 Main Street in Marshfield, at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will be in Couch Cemetery.
