Creed, Christopher M., of Marshfield, March 27, 2017 at the age of 33. Christopher is the beloved son of Stephen M. and Carol A. (Jones) Creed of New Hampshire, brother of Jason A. Creed and his wife Laura of Westfield and Samantha M. Creed of Marshfield; uncle of Natasha Knowlton. Christopher is predeceased by his grandparents, the late Amos Jones of Cotuit, Joseph F. and Sylvia M. (Curry) Creed of Marshfield, but leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his adopted cat Piper.

Christopher graduated from Westfield High School and was a driver for Commercial Distributors. An avid outdoorsman he could be found ice fishing in winter or fishing the lakes, streams or the ocean in spring, summer and fall, accompanied by his brother, his Dad or friends. He also liked to hike the mountains of northern New Hampshire. Chris was an animal lover and loved to help cats in need. He volunteered at shelters in WI and MA. He was a talented artist and self taught guitarist. He loved music. Chris had a wonderful sense of humor and he will be missed by his family and all those who knew him.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, March 30th 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Friday, March 31, 2017 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) in Marshfield. A Funeral procession will depart the funeral home immediately following visitation Friday morning for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Canal Street, Marshfield.  Burial will be in Couch Cemetery.
