Cody Francis Carr, of Duxbury, passed away suddenly on June 23, 2019 at the age of 25. Loving son of Kevin and Elizabeth "Libby" Carr of Duxbury and brother of Kasey Carr, Cody also leaves his best friend Tommy Finch and his girlfriend Liv Tonsberg. He was the beloved nephew of Maureen Taylor and James and Sandy Carr, and also leaves many cousins.

Cody was born in Sarasota, Florida and was a 2012 graduate of Duxbury High School. He worked in landscaping after leaving school then moved on to installing security systems. He had great knowledge of health foods and what ingredients went in to them. Cody would spend time outdoors at night monitoring the satellites passing over us in the sky.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street, Marshfield. Funeral from the funeral home on Saturday, June 29 at 8:00 a.m. for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. in the Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont Street, Duxbury. Burial will be in the Mayflower Cemetery, Duxbury.
