Cynthia "Cyndi" Day of Marshfield passed away on December 19, 2025.
Loving wife of Charles "Chuck" Day, she was the proud and loving mom of Clifton Day of Milton and mother-in-law to Cliff's wife, Annie; devoted grandmother to Summer Rose and Charles Dustin; and sister in-law to Greg and Karen, Annmarie and Walter, and Patrick and Ruth. Dear sister of Jack and Jim Niedermayer of Florida, she was adored by many nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in Florida, Cyndi served in the U.S. Navy in Italy, where she and Chuck met and started a family. Cyndi was a proud Navy veteran. After the Navy, they moved to Marshfield where Cyndi learned about "snow'. Cyndi was an avid craft person and was particularly proud of her watercolor paintings.
Cyndi loved meeting and talking to new people and everyone she met fell in love with her charm and grace. She will be missed by her social network, family, and friends.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield. Burial on Monday morning at 10:15 a.m. will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
