Bernardinelli, David F., of Kingston, passed away on April 12, 2018 at the age of 36. Beloved husband of Joel Ciovacco, dear son of Nicholas A. and Alfrieda T. (Trescott) Bernardinelli of Marshfield, and brother of James T. Bernardinelli and his wife Elle of Ft. Myers, FL. David also leaves nephews, a niece, loving in-laws, and countless friends.

A longtime employee of DXL Group, David brought his love of creativity and humor to his role in the marketing department. His proudest role, however, was as the company's liaison and fundraising champion for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Due to his passion for fundraising and his love of children, he is to be honored with a brick in the hospital's Pathway of Hope.

David's happiness in simple pleasures was contagious. He loved walks by the ocean, making his house a wonderful home, morning coffee and backgammon tournaments with his husband, feeding the birds in his backyard, old music and movies, a good book at bedtime, and Sunday visits with both of his families. He exemplified the joy to be found by just living in the moment, and that is the legacy he leaves.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) in Marshfield.
