David Wallace Ellis, 79, of Sutton, New Hampshire, passed away on March 4, 2021.

David was born on May 8th, 1941 in Arlington, Massachusetts to Wallace and Evelyn Ellis. He was raised in Marshfield, Massachusetts and moved to Sutton, New Hampshire in 1993. David had a love for animals, working around his yard, watching his beloved Boston Bruins, hunting and fishing, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandson, Colby. He was a man of integrity and always put others' needs before his own. His generosity and sense of humor will be greatly missed.

David is survived by his three children, David M. Ellis, Mark K. Ellis, and Dawn M. Ellis; nine grandchildren, one great-grandson; brothers and sisters, Douglass, Nancy, Steven, Thomas, and Susan; and many nieces and nephews. David is predeceased by his parents, Wallace and Evelyn, and son Kevin.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 29, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield, MA. A private graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 30.
