David M. Marelli of Marshfield passed away on February 21, 2022 at the age of 82. Predeceased by his parents David and Catherine Marelli and brothers Francis C. Aries and Richard Aries, he is survived by his nephew Richard "Chip" and Virginia Aries, many relatives in Italy as well as many life-long Marshfield friends and acquaintances. He also leaves his close friend Bradford Gibbs of whom he would often say "he was like the son I never had".

David was a lifetime Marshfield resident. He also worked as a bartender in many exclusive establishments in Boston and Marshfield.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and will conclude with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield.
