David Allen Pompliano of Marshfield passed away on June 30, 2023. David was born in 1956 in Niagara Falls NY later he lived in Uncasville, CT for some time. The family moved to Marshfield in 1969. David graduated from Marshfield high in 1974 he went on to UMass Boston, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. David worked as a software engineer. He worked at Draper Labs in Boston as one of his jobs. David enjoyed windsurfing and making New York style cheesecakes at Christmas.

Son of the late Louis D. Pompliano, he leaves behind his mother Millie C. (Trabachino) Pompliano; brother Louis D. Pompliano and his wife Diana of Belleville, MI and sister Gale E. Lake and her husband Trevor of Kingston; nephew Curtis Lake, his wife Jackie and great-niece Hannah; nephew Chris Lake, niece Kristen Brown and nephew Matt Brown; great-niece Abigail; great-niece Olivia; and great-nephew Noah Brown.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2023 beginning at 9:00 a.m. and concluding with a Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield. Interment will be in the Couch Cemetery.
