It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Diane Harakaly, who left us on January 2nd, 2026.

Diane was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She was known for her kindness, strength, and the way she always put her family first. Her warmth and care touched everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Jodi Sanders and her husband Brian Sanders, Jennifer Francis, Edward Harakaly and his spouse Shasta McLean, and Jessica Harakaly and her husband Ethan Cousino; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Francis, Kadynce Harakaly, Liam Harakaly, Kenzielynn Harakaly, and Adeline Sanders as well as many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

She will be remembered for her fierce love for her family and grandchildren, her sense of humor, her incredible strength and kindness, her love of the mountains, birds and her beautiful backyard garden she was so very proud of. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved.

A private celebration of life with her children and grandchildren will be held at a later date.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
