Donald J. Roche, of Humarock, passed away on April 7, 2020 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Virginia (Mearn) Roche; Loving father of Christopher Roche of Methuen and the late Cathleen LeFebvre of Scituate; Cherished grandfather of Patrick, Meagan, Daniel, Catherine, Allison, and Anna; Dear brother of Roberta Bufalino of Lynnfield, Marilyn Belden of Florida, and the late Rena Gawlinski.

Don passed away peacefully at home in his favorite chair after battling illness with courage and grace for many years. Don's work ethic and toughness were legendary. His positive spirit and friendly demeanor were contagious and endeared him to everyone he met. You could count on his sense of humor, albeit occasionally inappropriate, to make you smile even in the most inopportune moments. He loved taking care of his garden and beating his friends at cards. But he loved spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren the most. He will be dearly missed.

A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Christine Parish Church, 1295 Main Street (Rte. 3A) in Marshfield.
