Donna Hapenney Day

July 27, 1959 - May 25, 2026

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a kind, sweet, and loving woman whose warmth touched everyone she met. She never stayed a stranger for long — she loved getting to know people, socializing, and making others feel welcomed and cared for wherever she went.

Donna had a joyful spirit and truly loved life. Whether she was dancing, shopping, traveling, laughing with family and friends, or chatting with someone new, she brought light and energy into every room. Her smile, sense of humor, and caring heart will be remembered by all who knew her.

Above all, she loved Jesus and carried her faith with grace and compassion throughout her life. Her love for her family was endless, and she was most proud of being a mother and grandmother.

She leaves behind her loving children, Nicole Day, Philip Day, Nathan Day, and Paige Day, along with her cherished grandchildren, Jack Day, Nevaeh Day, Payton Sprole, and Wyatt Day, as well as a precious grandbaby on the way whom she already loved so deeply. She is also survived by her sister Carol and her brothers John and David

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing she is at peace and reunited with the love of Christ. Her legacy of kindness, faith, joy, and love will continue to live on through her family and all whose lives she touched.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Donna will be laid to rest with her parents in the Couch Cemetery. The graveside service will be private.
