McGrath, Edward J., of Pompano Beach, Florida, passed away on October 7, 2015 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of Jane P. (Olsiewski) McGrath. Dear father of Edward J. McGrath and his wife Patricia of Stoughton and loving grandfather to their two children Heather A. and Michael E. McGrath. Brother to the late May Hagerty, Margaret Bolles, Helen Donovan, Lillian Potter, and James McGrath.
Edward lived in Cambridge, Watertown, and Stoughton and summered for many years in Marshfield. He worked for Polaroid for many years, and owned the Stoughton Hardware Store for 25 years before retiring in 1988 and moving to Pompano Beach, Florida.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, followed by a 10:00 AM Funeral Mass at St. Ann's by the Sea Church, 591 Ocean Street, Marshfield
In lieu of flowers, donations in Edward's memory can be made to St. Ann's by the Sea Church at the address above.
