Chomko, Elizabeth H. (Bulger) 90, of Winchester, formerly of Marshfield and Jamaica Plain passed away on January 12, 2025.

She was the devoted wife of the late Roger Chomko and the loving mother of the late Peter R. and Paul R. Chomko.

She is survived by her brothers Gervase Bulger of Narragansett, RI, Peter Bulger and his wife Susanne of Greenville, RI and her daughter-in-law Noreen Chomko of Stoneham.  She was the adored Auntie Betty to several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her late sister Jean Provost and her late husband Alfred Provost.

Born and raised in Cranston, RI, she was the daughter of the late Gervase and Elizabeth (Christoph) Bulger.  She graduated from Sargent College, Boston University cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and worked for the Kennedy Children's Hospital in Boston.

Elizabeth (Betty) was a woman of integrity, quiet grace and unwavering faith that was a source of inspiration to her family and friends.  She left an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her.  As a devoted mother, she was a constant source of support and wisdom.  Her home was a place of warmth, kindness and unconditional love, where everyone felt welcomed and cherished.  Her passion for her family was matched only by her ability to create lasting memories.  Whether it was through her nurturing spirit, her infectious laughter, or the way she made everyone feel so special, she touched the lives of everyone around her.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff of the Aberjona Nursing and Rehab Center of Winchester and Beacon Hospice for their dedicated and compassionate care of Elizabeth.

Her funeral will be held on January 25, 2025 from the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St., Marshfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Canal St., Marshfield at 10:30 a.m.  Interment to follow will be in the Couch Cemetery, Marshfield.  Visiting hours from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. prior to the funeral.
