Dear father of Bruce Dillon and his wife Joan of Jericho, VT and Dennis Dillon and his wife Claire of Weymouth. Loving grandfather of James, Maureen, Elizabeth and Andrea. Brother of George Dillon of Maine, Donald Dillon of North Attleboro and Myrle Estey of North Attleboro. Elmer graduated from North Attleboro High School. An Army Veteran of WW II serving in the 386th Infantry Regiment. Elmer received the Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic Pacific Theatre Campaign Ribbon, European African Middle Eastern Theatre Campaign Ribbon, the American Theatre Campaign Ribbon and the Victory Medal. He was a retired Maintenance Manager for the Reebok and Panther Companies. Private family services will be held. Interment with military honors will be at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
