Banfill, Evelyn Irene (MacPherson), of Marshfield, formerly of Watertown, passed away on September 18, 2015 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of Walter Banfill. Dear mother of Douglas Banfill and his wife Kim of California, Roger Banfill and his wife Mary of Marshfield, and Wendy Strategos of Oregon. Grandmother of 6 and Great-Grandmother of 5.

Evelyn was born on Prince Edward Island, Canada and was a long-time resident of Watertown MA and a parishioner of United Presbyterian Church in Newton Corner before moving to Marshfield last year. She was a homemaker and raised a fine family who will miss her dearly.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the North Community Church, 72 Old Main Street, Marshfield Hills. Interment will be at Gethsemane Cemetery in West Roxbury.
