Francis "Frank" Allen, 87, of Warwick, RI and Rotonda West, FL, formerly of Dorchester and Marshfield, MA, passed away December 20, 2024.

Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Camille D. (Leone) Malone-Allen. He was predeceased by his first wife of 22 years Anna Louise (Murphy) Allen.

Born in Boston, MA, he was the only child of Francis Edward Allen and Rita V. (McCorkle) Sherlock, and stepson of William Sherlock.

Frank proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps, both active duty and reserves for 20 years, reaching the rank of Gunnery Sargeant. He was employed by the MBTA and was an entrepreneur operating several businesses. He was an avid collector, enjoyed playing cribbage, and working in his yard. Frank was active in local politics and community groups including Toy for Tots, Disabled American Veterans and was a charter member of the Marshfield Elks.

Along with his wife Cam, Frank is survived by his loving children, Kathleen McKay (Hunter), William Allen (Lauren), John Allen (Paula), Robert Allen (Elizabeth) and Jayne Reicher (Eric); his stepsons Michael Malone (Donna), and Timothy Malone (Linda). He was the cherished Grandfather of Julia, Anna, Amanda, Heather, Zachary, Michael, Hannah, Erika, Katherine, James, Kerri Lyn, Melissa, Taylor, and nine Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation and funeral will be Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 9:30 -11:30 a.m. in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick. RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 p.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1 Sunset Avenue, West Warwick, RI.

Services will continue in Marshfield, MA on Friday, January 3, from 09:30 to 11:30 at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street, Marshfield, MA. Interment, with military honors, will immediately follow in the Winslow Cemetery, Marshfield, MA.
