Francis P. Stewart, Jr., of Duxbury, passed away on October 10, 2016 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of the late Joanne (Sykes) Stewart. Dear father of Francis Stewart III and his wife Dorothy of Pembroke NH, John Stewart of Hyannis, Thomas Stewart and partner Aaron of California, Patricia Stewart-Boucher and her husband James of Louisiana, and the late Christine Stewart, and Grandfather of six. Francis is predeceased by his sister Carol as well as brothers John, Thomas, Paul and James, but leaves brother a Michael Stewart of Boston and two sisters, Patricia Downing and her husband Bill of Hull and Marianne Kelly and her husband Daniel of South Boston.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and will conclude with a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street, Marshfield MA 02050. Interment will be in St. Frances Cemetery in Weymouth.
