Francis Kenneth White passed away peacefully on January 27, 2024 after a long battle with diabetes.  He was at home surrounded by beloved friends and family, face toward the South River he loved so much.

Born in Boston, Frank grew up in Southie before moving to Marshfield over thirty years ago.  He spent the last 16 years holding court on the deck of his riverside home, waving to boaters and welcoming anyone to stop in and say hello.

Frank leaves behind his wife of almost 15 years, Susie R. White and their devoted dogs Maggie and Stella.  He also leaves his three brothers, Richie, Billy and Bobby, along with their spouses, as well as his sister Patty.  Frank was predeceased by his first wife Donna.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Christine Parish Church, 1295 Main Street in Marshfield. Burial will be private.
