We regretfully announce the passing of Gail Carol Margeson Cona of Marshfield, Massachusetts on October 7, 2022 after a difficult battle with cancer. Gail grew up in Scituate, graduated from Scituate High School (Class of 1970) and attended Wheelock College. She spent several years living in San Diego, California and Omaha, Nebraska before finally settling in Marshfield, where she worked as a laboratory manager at Morrell Associates for 35 years. She loved horseback riding, gardening, interior design, home renovation, baking, and travel. She also enjoyed her time acting, modeling and her involvement with theatre earlier in life. Gail could smile through impossible hardship and loved to laugh with family and friends. She will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Gail was predeceased by her father Richard Margeson and sister Beth Kneib. She is survived by her mother Barbara Trainor, her son Jonathan, her brother Richard Margeson and wife Lisa, and her brother in-law Frederick Kneib. Gail is also survived by her loving nephews and nieces, Jared, Cameron, Nikki, Katelyn and Jamie.
