Colby, Gerald W., of Marshfield, passed away on February 17, 2016 at the age of 80. Dear father of Judith Fournerat and her husband William of Oklahoma, Cynthia Bootier of Millis, and Stephen Colby and his wife Roberta of Marshfield. Grandfather of Stephen,Victoria, Matthew, and his wife Gianna, Devyn, Jason (Jasper), Robert, Clarissa, Hannah, Alan, Holly, and Emily Olsson, and her husband Adam. Gerald also leaves a sister Joan Civaterese of Dedham, 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews

Gerald was a printer at Harwich Lithograph for many years. He enjoyed Billiards and good friends among other hobbies but loved nothing more than spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) Marshfield. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery at a later date
