Gloria B. Griffin, 85, of Marshfield, MA passed away peacefully on November 28, 2023 with her family by her side. Gloria was born in Quincy, MA to the late Emilien and Mable (Briere) Beaumiere.

Beloved wife of the late Eugene P. Griffin. Devoted mother to Peter E. Griffin and his wife Karen of Pembroke, Kimberley A. Oliverio of Quincy, Andrea J. Griffin and her wife Cynthia A. Hill of Marshfield, Jeffrey M. Griffin of Attleboro, the late Jean M. Louis and her husband Joseph, Mark Griffin and her granddaughter Danielle E. Oliverio. She will be greatly missed by her 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Gloria grew up in Quincy and it was there that she raised her 6 children. She was a devoted homemaker and a former owner of macrame shop where she sold supplies and taught arts and crafts. She was kind, compassionate and had an impact on so many lives. She cared deeply for the people around her and will be forever missed.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann by the Sea Parish Church, 591 Ocean Street in Marshfield, followed by burial in the Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree.
