H. James "Jim" Brentzel, Jr., of Marshfield, passed away on March 30, 2018 at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Janet (Gosselin) Brentzel and father of Zachary J. Brentzel and his wife Caitlin of Connecticut and Katie Brentzel of California, Jim also leaves a brother, Daniel Brentzel, of California

Jim was born and raised in Irwin, PA.  After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, he enjoyed a 40-year career as a Clinical Researcher for McNeil, DuPont, and Serono. Jim loved and cared deeply for his family. He was always willing to lend a hand to those in need and would never turn down the opportunity to go fishing.

Visiting hours on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. will conclude with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) in Marshfield.
