Heidi Lee
MacFarlane
d. Jun 19, 2026
Calvary Chapel of Raynham
4:00 - 7:00 pm (Eastern time)
We are saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Heidi Lee MacFarlane (Condon), she passed away in her home the morning of Friday June 19th, 2026.
Heidi, 54, was born in Stoughton to loving parents Terry Travers & Robert Condon. Heidi is also survived by her twin sister Kristin Condon; to whom she shared a bond only a twin will experience; also survived by her big Brother Michael Condon,to whom Heidi always found guidance from; and his wife Adelle.
Heidi set out, pursued and accomplished many things throughout her short time here on earth. Whilst juggling motherhood, working and showing up for others, she worked hard to put herself through Nursing school and earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Curry College. Heidi was most recently enrolled to gain her Psychiatric Nurse practitioner license; where she no doubt would have continued to devote herself to those in need, no need ever too great.
Heidi loved the outdoors and anywhere her Harley could take her, from Canals to the Mountains, the freedom and serenity experienced in those moments is what she sought. Whether that was planting something new, watching and listening to the birds, or taking long nature walks to have her conversations with God, she enjoyed it all.
Above all else, Heidi’s greatest pride and purpose in life were her children. Heidi is survived by five children, Madison, Kaitlyn, Nicholas, Gabrielle and Lauren. There was nothing Heidi wouldn’t do to make sure her children knew they were loved, seen, supported and secure. To use their lives to the fullest and to pursue and achieve anything they want. The Faith, Patience and Love she instilled and preserved in her children’s hearts will guide and surround them for a lifetime.
A Wake will be held on Thursday July 2, 2026 at Calvary Chapel of Raynham from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. with the first hour privately reserved for immediate family, 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. open to any and all who would like to join us. The funeral service and burial will be private. A public Celebration of Life service will be held at a date to be determined.
Funeral services are being provided by the MacDonald Funeral Home of Marshfield. For driving directions to the Calvary Chapel and updates to Celebration of Life services, please visit the website macdonaldfuneralhome.com
