Helen Gunn of Marshfield passed peacefully on March 25, 2018. Predeceased by her parents John and Hilda Griffith of Quincy, she is survived by beloved sister and husband Lynn and Robert Harney, brother and wife Jack and Joyce Griffith and their children Kimberly, John, and Katie. Dear mother of Derek, John Douglas, Joan and her partner Aqil. Devoted grandmother to Alexandra, Johnny, and Yaseen. Helen is also survived by many wonderful cousins and friends including exceptionally close cousin Ginny Poeschl, dearest friend Herbert George, and former husband John Gunn. Helen worked at the Marshfield Florist for many years and truly enjoyed talking and laughing with everyone she met. She was loving, caring, and kind, and will be deeply missed.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, April 2, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) in Marshfield, MA. The Funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. for a Funeral Mass to be held at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Canal Street, Marshfield. Burial will be in the Couch Cemetery.
