Helene F. (Moroney) McDonald, of Marshfield, passed away on September 11, 2017 at the age of 77. Beloved wife of the late David J McDonald; mother of Patti Devlin and her husband Philip of Marshfield, Anne Bowen and her husband Daniel of Marshfield; sister of Maureen Hermiston of South Carolina, Linda Iles of California, Judy Chevarley and her husband Joseph of West Roxbury, Brenda Correia and her husband Jack of Bridgewater, Robert Moroney and his wife Peg of Arizona, and Thomas Moroney and his wife Eydie of Texas. Helene also leaves her grandchildren Nicole, Shannon, Daniel, and Madison and great-grandchildren Scott, Michael, and Grace, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Helene will be laid to rest beside her late husband Dave.  We will hold in our hearts many fond memories that will live on with all of us.

Visiting hours on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. will be followed by a funeral procession to St Ann's by the Sea Church, 591 Ocean Street Marshfield, for a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
