Walsh, Henry (Hank) Jr. of Marshfield Hills died September 11, 2010 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Virginia (Olsen) and the late Margaret (Aiken). Loving father of Janice Cugini and her husband Daryl of Marshfield, William Walsh and his wife Rita (Stearns) of Norwell, Kevin J Walsh and his fiancée Denise Guilbeault of Plymouth, David Walsh and Malini Frederic of Hyannis, and Marybeth Walsh of Pittsburgh, PA. Also survived by his grandchildren Michelle and Ashlee Cugini, Monica, Peter, Jeremy, Danielle and predeceased by Andrew Walsh. He is also survived by his sister Ruth (Walsh) Endres, his step-children Elizabeth Kluge and Jon Metzger and many nieces and nephews. Hank grew up in Milton and spent most of his adult life in Weymouth and Marshfield. Hank proudly served his country during the Korean War working at a hospital in Osaka, Japan. He was a member of the American Legion Post 401 in Weymouth. After graduating from Northeastern University, he took a job with Kemper Insurance, where he worked for many years. He also volunteered at the Marshfield Food Pantry. Upon his retirement, he worked at the Marshfield Hills General Store. Visiting hours will be at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St. (Rte 139) Marshfield, on Tuesday from 4 to 8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 388 Highland Street Marshfield on Wednesday at 11:30 am. Interment will be in the MA National Cemetery, Bourne, MA at 1:45 pm following the service.
