Joan M. "Jackie" Timmons of Marshfield passed away on April 6, 2022 at the age of 87. She was the loving mother of Patricia Timmons of Sharon, James Timmons of Marshfield, and the late Stephen Timmons; cherished grandmother of Edward Timmons and Jordan Greenidge; and dear sister of the late Elizabeth McCarthy and Joseph Langille.

Jackie was born in Waltham and grew up in Boston. She moved to Marshfield in 1961. She used her abundant creative and artistic talents to lead Brownie and Girl Scout troops. She was employed at Leo's bakery before graduating from hairdressing school in 1982. After living in Plymouth for a few years she returned to Marshfield. Jackie enjoyed showering her loved ones, especially her grandsons, with love and attention. She spent her final days at Wingate Nursing Home and was grateful for the loving care provided by both the staff and Cranberry hospice. Her sweet thoughtfulness will be missed by all who knew her.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 18, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Parish Church, 40 Canal Street in Marshfield.
