Fielding, James J. of Marshfield, passed away on January 6, 2013 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Debra (Murdock) Fielding. Dear brother of Patricia M. Decot of Milton, Joan A. Kacey of Milton and Priscilla A. Grippi of Marshfield. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Son of the late Charles J. and Agnes M. (Dutra) Fielding. Jim was born in Brockton. He moved to Marshfield in 1955. Jim graduated from Marshfield High School. He worked as a truck driver for Stop & Shop's Pea Pod delivery service. Jim served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam Era. Vising hours will be held at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St. Rte 139 in Marshfield on Sunday, January 13, 2013 from 1 to 3 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 3:00 p.m.
