James (Jim) Lynch of Marshfield passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 20, 2021, at the age of 95 surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of the late Alice Lynch. Loving father of Kathleen Sheehan and her husband Paul of Arlington, Mary Ann Sheehan and her husband Matthew of Plymouth, Noreen Graham and her husband Michael of Marshfield, James Lynch and wife Patricia of Grand Rapids, MI, Thomas Lynch and wife Marsha of Marshfield, and Margaret Lynch and fiancé Bill MacDonald of Marshfield. Beloved grandfather of Deirdre, Chelsea, Meaghan, Emily, Patrick, Colin, Brian, Brendan, Olivia, Hannah, Daniel, Mary, and Sean.

Brother of the late Donal, Finn, Mary, Sr. Margaret and Sean Lynch. Jim is survived by many nieces and nephews, and he will be genuinely missed by all who knew and loved him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday June 23, 2021 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home located at 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield. Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. in St Christine's Church at 1295 Main St in Marshfield. Burial to follow at Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree, MA.
