Ryan, James F., of Marshfield, passed away on May 20, 2015 at the age of 95. Dear father of Elaine Fitzpatrick (Robert) of Maryland and James H. Ryan (Linda) of Marshfield, James is survived by his grandchildren Howard, Emily, Cesily, Margorie, Alex,, Jennifer, James, and Katie, and 9 great grandchildren, but was predeceased by his brothers and sisters.
Born in New York, James moved to South Boston and graduated South Boston High School. He was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and worked as a Manager for the United States Post Office.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM with a service at 11:00 AM at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte 139) Marshfield MA. Interment will be at Washington Street Cemetery in Norwell.
