Jane "Janie" Williams Duffy, 77, passed away on September 16, 2022 peacefully in her sleep at home. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Jerry Duffy, and her children Jennifer Kelly of Norwell and her husband Phillip Kelly, Patrick Duffy and his partner Hannah Woodbury of Duxbury, Erin Asnes and her husband Peter Asnes of Hanover. Loving grandmother to Liam Kelly, Sean Kelly, Delia Kelly, Benjamin Asnes, Samuel Asnes, and Jacob Asnes.

Janie will be remembered by family, friends and generations of boaters through Mary's Boat Livery. She loved "The River", it truly was in her blood for over 70 years. Being in the water swimming, and on the water boating, was her happy place.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. and will conclude with Words of Remembrance at 6:30 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield.
