Bennett, Jason D., of Marshfield, passed away on June 25, 2016 at the age of 44. Jason is the beloved son of Claudia R. Ellis of Marshfield and Donald L. Bennett of South Carolina and leaves his own children Jenna Gray of Worcester, Antonia D'Errigo of Worcester, Stephen Possell of Marshfield, and Jake M. Bennett of Marshfield. He is the dear brother of Eric Bennett and his wife Melissa of Utah and Christine LeRiche of Worcester and also leaves his grandmother Nancy Ellis of Florida, his wife Lydia Cerasoli of Worcester, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Jason graduated from Marshfield High School and attended Fryeburg Academy. He received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his career included employment with the 3M Company and AD Chemical Corp as a Process Engineer. Jason enjoyed life with his children, family, and friends, and they all enjoyed him.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street, Marshfield, and will conclude with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m., also at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jason's memory can be made to the Marshfield Boys and Girls Club, 37 Proprietor's Drive, Marshfield MA 02050 or to any children's charitable organization.
