J ean Patricia Held, born in Boston Massachusetts on July 12, 1930 passed away peacefully on May 23, 2020.

Wife of the late Carl A. Held Jr. Mother of Deborah, Carlene and husband Chris, Scott, Heidi and the late Carl III. Grandmother of, Rachel, Derek, Anthony, Carl IV, Joshua, Courtney, Cody and the late James. Great Grandmother of, Dominick, Isabella, Xavier, Ethan, Nevaeh, Giana, Cody Jr, Riley and Alivia. Sister of the late Herbert, Frank and Kenneth of South Boston. Jean is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews in addition to her loyal friend Gloria Ayre.

Jean had been a resident of Marshfield Massachusetts for over 50 years and recently spent time at Bay Path Nursing and Rehabilitation in Duxbury where she loved the staff and entertainment. She will be remembered for her love of family and will be sadly missed by all those who were blessed to have known her.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
