FOLEY, Jeanne M., age 86, of Marshfield, passed away on March 26, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Foley; loving mother of Mary Ellen Riley of Plymouth, Robert M. Foley of Marshfield, Colleen M. Foley of Danvers, and Kevin J. Foley of Weymouth; cherished grandmother of Katie Graham and James Riley, Timothy, Brett and Megan Foley, Kristin Russell, Kyle, Kevin, Brianna, and Shauna Foley, and great-grandchildren James, Haley, Anthony, Ashton, and Gianna. Daughter of the late Martin J. and Mary R. (O'Brien) Fitzgerald, Jeanne was the dear sister of John T. Fitzgerald of Florida and Patricia A. Weyler of California.

Jeanne's smile was contagious; she had an amazing sense of humor and her laugh was truly the best. She loved socializing with family on Jack's boat, The Irish Mist, and would look forward to vacationing in Florida with her best friend, Carol Frasca. One of her fondest memories was traveling to Ireland with her brother, Jack, and sister, Patty.

Family was number one for Jeanne, and she mostly enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was and always will be the matriarch of her family.

Jeanne gave love and support to everyone that came in to her life. Her compassion for family and friends are what made Jeanne such a selfless person; giving back and supporting others is what she loved to do. Jeanne truly had a heart of gold. She will be dearly missed and never forgotten.

Visiting hours on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. will conclude with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield.
