Myett, Jeanne (Ciampi), of Marshfield, passed away on May 20, 2017 at the age of 81. Jeanne was raised in East Boston and lived in Quincy for over 50 years before recently moving to Marshfield.  Beloved wife of the late Frank A. Myett, Jr. Dear mother of Lynne Cipullo and her husband Louis (Bud) and Stacey Reynolds and her husband Rich of Marshfield, David Myett and his wife Julie of Centerville, and Robert Myett and his wife Sheree of Weymouth. Jeanne leaves 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, a sister, Lorraine Izzo and her husband Paul and sister in law Lucille Ciampi of East Boston. She is predeceased by her parents Charles and Mildred (Manganelli) Ciampi, and her brothers Louis Ciampi and  Charles Ciampi.Jr.

Jeanne enjoyed working and had many jobs over the years.  She retired recently as a clerk at the Norfolk Registry of Deeds in Dedham.  However her most cherished job was as mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Jeanne will be most remembered for her wonderful sense of humor and her compassion to all that knew her.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) in Marshfield. Funeral procession from the funeral home on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. in St. Christine's Church, 1295 Main Street, Marshfield. Burial will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.

In lieu of flowers, donation in memory of Jeanne may be made to PEARS (Pediatric Epilepsy Awareness Research Support) at www.pearsgroup.org on behalf of her great-grandson Colin Joyce.
