Jeffrey
Perkins
d. May 17, 2026
Jeffrey Perkins of Kingston died suddenly on May 17, 2026.
Jeff was born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, to Joseph C. and Jennifer B. Perkins who were his loving and devoted parents. He was educated at Silver Lake high school, Kingston, MA before earning his degree from the Pennsylvania Aviation Institute of Maintenance AIM in 2010. He took great pride in the skills he developed as an FAA-approved Aviation Maintenance Technician, which led him to work in various states.
The Perkins family is heartbroken by this unexpected loss. Jeffrey was just 37 years old and had a bright future ahead of him. Despite this tragedy, his family cherished the memories they made together, including their time in the Boy Scouts, BMX bike racing, a camping, ATVs and vacations to visit him in different states where he worked and lived, such as Michigan and Maine. He was especially proud to receive an offer from the Patriots to join their aviation maintenance team when his first child was born in Maine in 2017.
Jeffrey had a great sense of humor, real zest for life, and his passion and drive were evident in his love for seizing the day. He enjoyed gaming, electronics, outdoor sports, and stained glass, and he was known to look forward to RV home lifestyle.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife Nicole Perkins, Ft Lauderdale FL, children, Olivia and Charles Perkins, his brother James Perkins, his parents, Joseph and Jennifer Perkins, and many cousins, uncles, and aunts.
At Embraer Aviation Service and Support, where he spent 2.5 years as Lead Manager and filled in as supervisor when requested for maintenance shifts, his team admired him. He was celebrated for his reliability, dependability, and innovative spirit. His contributions are greatly missed by the manager and his colleagues, who value his hard work, respect, and reliability.
A memorial service will be held this summer, on a date to be determined.
