Jennifer Hope Noons of Quincy, formerly of Marshfield, passed away unexpectedly on December 10 th 2021. She was born and lived in Dorchester until moving with her family to Marshfield in 1986. She attended St. Ann's School and Monsignor Ryan High School in Dorchester and graduated from Marshfield High School in 1988. She graduated from Katherine Gibbs Business School in 1991. Jennifer spent several years working in Boston for an insurance company. She was a warm, friendly, generous, and compassionate person who loved people and animals. She adored her son, Daniel, partner Greg, and dog, McCool. She was loved by her family and will be missed.
Jennifer was the beloved daughter of Walter J. Noons of Boston and Marie T. Kates of Marshfield and the step-daughter of William J. Kates of Marshfield. She was the mother of Daniel Noons of Marshfield. Jennifer was the long-time partner of Gregory J. Baker of Quincy. She leaves behind a sister, Moira Leon and her husband, Chris of Marshfield and brothers Amos Noons and his fiancée, Christine of Abington, David Kates and his wife, Wynne of St. Louis, Adam Pugatch and his partner Jamie, and Silas Pugatch and his wife Preeti. She also leaves her nieces and nephews Christian, Grace, Sean, Caleb, Owen, Alexander, and Sasha.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday January 8 th , 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ann by the Sea Church, 591 Ocean Street in Marshfield.
