Joan Lucille (Pulvino) Boschen passed away peacefully in her home at Bridges by EPOCH in Pembroke on May 30, 2025. Joan was born in 1940 in Brooklyn, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth P. Boschen. Joan is survived by her children, Danielle Bender and her husband Daniel Bender.  Jeffrey Boschen and his wife Whitney Boschen: her grandchildren, Christine Carreiro, Zachary Bender, Alyssa Bender-Jesse and her wife, Katlyn Bender-Jesse, Garrett Boschen, Skyler Boschen; and her great grandchildren, Julien James and Cori Carreiro.

Joan will be remembered as a wonderful mother, Gram, a/k/a Gram Cracker, and loyal friend. She enjoyed giving back to her community as a member of the Duxbury Newcomer's Club and enjoyed volunteering at the Duxbury Thrift Shop weekly, followed by her Wednesday night dinners and glass of Chardonnay with her friends/coworkers. Joan also volunteered at the Marshfield Food Pantry for many years and was an avid golfer at the Marshfield Country Club.

A private burial will be held in Mayflower Cemetery.

A celebration of life will be held on June 7, from 12:00 to 3:00 at Mama Mia's Restaurant in Marshfield, MA. Please join us and raise a glass to this amazing woman from Brooklyn!
