Joan Jenkins of Kingston passed away on August 20, 2021 at the age of 64. Joan is survived by her husband, John Jenkins; daughter Jessica Jenkins; granddaughter Paisley Jenkins; three brothers, Jeff West, Jonathan West, and Timothy West; two sisters, Sally West and Mary Jo Cooke, and sister in-law Carol West.

Joan was born on June 11, 1957 in Hanover, NH. She grew up in Woodstock, VT and attended Woodstock Union High where she enjoyed playing basketball and field hockey.

In addition to spending time with her family and friends, Joan loved animals, especially her dogs, gardening, the Patriots, time spent on the beach, playing volleyball, and trips to Naples, Florida. She was a loving mother who will be greatly missed.

A private service will be held at her sisters home in Marshfield. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Kingston Animal Hospital, in the name of the Donna/Max Legacy Fund, 192 Main Street, Kingston MA 02364.
