Joan F. (Caiewski) Palmer, of Marshfield, formerly of Waltham, passed away on January 2, 2018 at the age of 74, surrounded by those she loved and who loved her. Beloved wife of the late Richard Palmer and dear mother of Christine Palmer of Marshfield, with whom Joan lived; Susan Palmer and her wife Linda Wells of Littleton; Michael Palmer and his wife Kathy of Natick; Steven Palmer and his wife Tricia of Oxford. Loving grandmother of fur-baby Kosher; Harrison; Shannon, Matthew, and Colin; and Zachary and Dillon.

Joan is survived by her siblings, William Caiewski and Blanche DiNocco, her sister-in-law, Janet Palmer, and many nieces and nephews.

Joan strongly loved her family.

Visiting hours on Monday, January 8 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. will conclude with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) in Marshfield.
