Nothing Gold can Stay - Robert Frost John Cardoso died at home on August 10, 2005. John was born in San Miguel, Portugal in 1959 and came to the United States at the age of nine, growing up in Cambridge, MA. John is survived by his wife and soul-mate, Pat Turi, family, siblings, Margarida, Maria, Ana, Eduarda, Emily, Jose, many nieces and nephews. Beloved son of the late Jose and Ilda Cardoso. A cherished handful of friends and a plethora of others who in coming to know John knew that they had struck gold. Visitng hours will be held on Saturday, August 13th 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean St Marshfield, Massachusetts. A celebratory service and storied remembrance of John's life will take place at 4:00 P.M.
