Carey, John F., of Duxbury, passed away on May 23, 2015 at the age of 63. Dear brother to Marguerite Laws and her husband Thomas of Newport News VA, Richard Carey of Sherborn MA, Kathleen Coffey and her husband James of Boston MA, Claire Goulding and her husband Steven of Groton MA, and James Carey of Wakefield RI. John is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Melinda Boothe, Amanda Laws, Felicia Carey, Christopher and Patrick Coffey, and Matthew and Jennifer Goulding.

John graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in Biology, received his MBA from Northeastern University and was a Medical Sales Manager for the Henry Shein Company for over 30 years. An avid golfer and dog lover, John loved to read and to make people laugh. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, June 5, 2015 from 11AM to 1:00PM with a service at 1:00PM at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte 139) Marshfield. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery in Cohasset.
